From a parts list
to a wired panel.

Upload a Bill of Materials. Revo identifies parts, proposes a layout, and generates a manufacturable, wired schematic — with human approval at every AI step.

The engineering is yours.
The drafting isn't.

Revo doesn't take over the judgment calls in a panel design — it takes out the hours around them. Same five stages, same decisions, far less drawing.

On your own

Every BOM line checked by hand against datasheets and distributor pages.

With Revo

Known parts link instantly at no AI cost. You approve the rest.

Layout

02 / 05
10h9mper panel
On your own

Components placed one at a time, with fit problems surfacing late.

With Revo

A full placement arrives sized and labeled, enclosure checked.

Wiring

03 / 05
12h6mper panel
On your own

Sheets drafted by hand — wire numbers, cross-references, terminals.

With Revo

One netlist call, then fixed logic draws every sheet.

Revisions

04 / 05
6h5mper panel
On your own

A late change means re-drawing everything downstream.

With Revo

Regenerate — layout and schematic stay in step, byte for byte.

Handoff

05 / 05
On your own

Drawings reworked and re-exported to get something buildable.

With Revo

Layout and schematic leave together, ready for the floor.

Drop your Bill of Materials, map columns, review parsed rows. Optionally attach a spec doc and pick an enclosure.

Parts Revo has seen before are matched instantly — no AI cost spent.

Human-in-the-loop guarantee. The design cannot silently advance past a step that still needs a decision from you.

A full-screen
CAD-style workspace.

Every component starts already placed, sized, and labeled — your job is to refine, not originate. Pick any tool on the right to watch it run.

Direct manipulation

Editing

Pick a component up and put it where it belongs — across faces, at any size, at any of four orientations. Nothing is destructive; every step walks back.

  • Drag between faces
  • 8-direction resize
  • 90° / 180° rotate
  • Duplicate & delete
  • Undo / redo

Nothing here is one-way. Undo, redo, and reset-to-AI-baseline cover every action on this list.

Deterministic.
Not re-imagined.

AI runs exactly once, to resolve the netlist — what connects to what. Everything after that is fixed logic: page layout, symbols, wire numbers, cross-references. The schematic is generated, never re-imagined.

  • Regenerate from the same netlist and every line lands in the same place — byte for byte.
  • An AI slowdown or failure can't corrupt the schematic. Wiring retries on its own.
  • Nothing is guessed at view time, so every symbol traces back to a connection you approved.

The schematic is regenerated from connection data, so the whole set — sheets, schedules and BOM — can be exported on demand.

Confident AI in a
safety-relevant workflow.

01

End-to-end automation

One connected journey from parts spreadsheet to wired, manufacturable panel — no re-entry between stages.

02

Human-in-the-loop at every AI decision

The design can never silently advance past a step that still needs a person's judgment.

03

Deterministic, auditable wiring

AI proposes connections once; the diagram is generated by fixed logic every time — always reproducible.

04

Fast by default, safe to trust

Most projects start from an AI baseline that only needs review — not manual drafting from scratch.

05

Enterprise-ready

Multi-tenant architecture, role-based areas, dedicated admin tooling, and metered AI usage via credits.

What does a panel
actually cost you?

Your volume, your rate, your hours. Every reduction below is an assumption you control — move them to match what you believe, not what we claim.

1 · Panels per year
2 · Engineer rate ($/h)
3 · Hours per panel
4 · Minutes per panel with Revo50m

Revo's run time barely moves with how long the manual job would have taken, so this is an absolute figure rather than a percentage. The default is a measured end-to-end run.

Revo does not publish a measured time reduction. These percentages are editable starting points — the wiring default is highest because that stage is generated by fixed logic rather than drafted. Subscription cost uses the Scale plan.
